Fall is in the air! No, but really, it is. After returning from New York City on Tuesday night, I was presented with fall weather. Chillier temps and snow on the mountain tops, it’s officially time for all my favorite recipes of the year!
You all know how excited I am for this season. So even though it comes a little earlier for us, I’m actually pretty happy about it. Cozy weather, cozy recipes, and Halloween excitement! I’m ready.
And very excited to share one of my favorite posts of the year, the annual fall recipe roundup. I’ve shared this post for the last handful of years and it’s always so well received. These are the top most popular autumn recipes I’ve shared over the years. Some are new from last year, some are old from 2013, and all are very well loved.
I LOVE to see the recipes you guys turn to, time and time again.

Can you come up with yummy recipes that don’t have so much cheese and cream?
At least they all can use milk substitutes, and you can portion the cheese however you’d like. It’s nice that you can customize her recipes to your needs 🙂

Those pull apart roasted garlic pizza dip sliders are so good! Also the 4 cheese Spaghetti squash is brilliant. All the soups and the Hot Honey Mustard sheet pan chicken with Brussels are on my list of things to try!

Love love love these roundups because they always remind me of recipes I have made and need to make again ASAP! I feel like the Sweet ‘n’ Spicy Roasted Butternut Squash Pizza w/ Cider Caramelized Onions + Bacon should’ve been in the list because it is my favorite recipe to make in the fall and winter months. The cider caramelized onions should fine their way into another recipe soon, just saying! Also, I always make your Chipotle Chicken Stuffed Brown Sugar Roasted Acorn Squash which was one of the first recipes I made way back when and I still make it every fall. The brown sugar on the squash mixed with the warming of the chipotle speaks fall! Keep up the great work!!
