I almost forgot to share this year’s January roundup! With all the excitement of the new year, I dove straight into creating new recipes. But once I realized I’d skipped this post, I knew I had to circle back—it’s packed with too many good recipes to miss.
Even just last year, we had so many seriously delicious January recipes. And while this month can sometimes feel a little long, I honestly love the fresh start and cozy rhythm it brings to the kitchen.
And don’t forget—we’ve got Super Bowl recipes coming soon, and then Valentine’s Day is right around the corner too. It’s such a fun time of year for cooking and gathering.
If there are any recipes you’d love to see this month or heading into February, let me know in the comments. I hope you enjoy these favorites—there’s so much more coming this month!
