Memorial Day Recipes Perfect for Summertime.

Hard to believe Memorial Day is already here, huh?

Even though I am honestly in shock with how fast the days are going by, I’m pretty excited that tomorrow is Memorial Day. As I mentioned earlier this week, Memorial Day is definitely the kick off of summer for me (even though it snowed all day yesterday) and I could not be more pumped for summertime! I feel like we can all agree, summer is the best…of course until fall rolls around, and then I completely change my tune. But for right now it’s all things summer, and I am very, very happy about it!

Want to know what else I’m very, very, VERY happy about? The fact that it’s scheduled to be blue skies and sixty degrees here today. <–so summer weather in the mountains. YESS.

What are you guys up to tomorrow? We’re lying low over here and depending on the weather, maybe just grilling out and enjoying the extra day off. My 16-year-old brother, Red, is actually in town (which if you read often than you know this is a pretty rare event), so I know my mom was hoping to do something with the family. Cookout + family time sounds pretty perfect. Hope you guys are all up to something fun and kicking off the start of summer right!
