Yes, Memorial Day is tomorrow and that means itโs summer BBQ time!! YEAHH!
Granted, it snowed here on Friday, but Iโm a hoping and a prayinโ that the forecast is right and sixty degree weather will prevail for the remainder of the week. Surely most of you donโt live in a town where it snows till June. My fingers are crossed because today I am sharing a BUNCH of my favorite warm weather recipes, aka Memorial Day recipes, but equally perfect for all your upcoming summer parties. Everything is so colorful and looks so delicious.
I have the opposite problemโit turned hot and humid here.
We have the Taste of Cincinnati this weekend and I donโt want to go because of the heat and big crowds.
I like the high sixties for walks outside.

Uuuaah, snow! I love snow but I right now am happy with warm sunny days we have been having here in Spain lately! ๐ I wouldnโt know which recipe to choose, they all look just perfect! But the Loaded Greek Quinoa Salad is one of my favourite ones so far! Oh, hang on and I also love everything with burrata or mozzarella in the recipe! ๐ I shouldnโt be checking your pics when hungry ๐
