Woohoo!! I am so excited! We are so close to summer. I feel everyoneโs excitement building. Ever since we moved to Colorado, weโve never really celebrated Memorial Day. Honestly, the weather here over Memorial Day is questionable. The 4th of July is more of the official start to summer here. But I have positive hopes for this yearโs weather!
Regardless, Memorial Day will always mark the unofficial yet official start of summer for me. School usually lets out right after Memorial Day weekend, and that means itโs summertime!
Iโm excited to spend a little bit of time back on the East Coast, where the nights are super warm and perfect for dinners outside. I literally cannot wait!

Love all these recipes! Iโm excited to make one for a dinner weโre having tomorrow. I want to call out Memorial Day is much more than just good weather and the start of summer. It is to be celebrated regardless of sun. So many incredibly brave people have sacrificed for us and thatโs worth celebrating.

I love your recipe ideas and used to visit this site regularly. Scrolling through this post reminded me why I stopped. I get that this is your livelihood and that ads contribute to that, but there are sooo many ads (like one after every recipe in a 50 recipe roundup) it makes your site unusable.
