We’re all looking for dinners that are filling, nourishing, and still taste really delicious. I’m excited to share some of our favorite high-protein, high-fiber recipes—the kind you’ll actually want to make on repeat. This collection includes colorful bowls, vibrant vegetable-packed sheet pan dinners, tacos, dinner-style salads, and even a few pizzas and pastas too. Good-for-you, real food should always be delicious.

I’m really excited about this week’s recipe collection. Everyone I know has been trying to incorporate more protein into their diets, and I totally get it. I’m always looking for ways to add more protein too.
But what I think we sometimes forget is that our bodies need balance. It’s not just about protein—we need fiber too. That means making sure we’re eating plenty of vegetables, fruits, and grains alongside all that protein. Fiber is essential for a healthy gut microbiome, and without it, even a high-protein diet can leave you feeling a little sluggish. Balance always.
Below I’m sharing some of my best, most delicious high-protein, high-fiber dinners. These are all so yummy and perfect for busy nights. You’ll find nourishing bowls, big, satisfying salads, and even some pasta and pizza mixed in.
And it’s all real, delicious food. I love adding protein with ingredients like salmon, sardines, chicken, steak, ground meats, and lamb. I also like to cook with ground grass-fed organ meat from Force of Nature (try the beef ancestral blend) and use it in tacos, meat sauces, and bowls (and no, this isn’t sponsored, I just really love it). I use a lot of whole milk, goat milk, eggs, and, of course, cheese.
Did you know Parmesan is actually one of the more protein-dense cheeses?
About 10 grams of protein per 1 ounce (28g)
That’s roughly 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan.
Because it’s a hard, aged cheese with very little moisture, the nutrients (including protein) are more concentrated compared to softer cheeses.
For a quick comparison:
Parmesan – 10g per ounce
Cheddar – 7g per ounce
Mozzarella – 6g per ounce
And goat milk is full of beneficial probiotics. For fiber, I turn to vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and seeds—simple as that.
