Garlic Parmesan Bread Pizza

  • 1. At least 30 minutes and preferably 1 to 2 hours before baking preheat the oven to 500°F with a rack positioned in the upper third of the oven. If you have a baking stone, preheat it at the same time.
    2. On a lightly floured work surface, push/roll the dough to a 1/4 inch thickness. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet sheet lined with parchment paper.
    3. In a small skillet over low heat, combine the butter, olive oil, and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the butter is melted and garlic fragrant. Remove from the heat and add the herbs and chili flakes.
    4. Brush the garlic butter over the dough. Sprinkle with parmesan. Spread over the ranch dressing. Add the mozzarella, cheddar and more parmesan. Bake 15 minutes.
    5. Meanwhile make the salad. Combine all ingredients in bowl, adding the cheese last.
    6. Top the pizza with salad and enjoy!
