Sharing everyone’s most-loved fall baking recipes today! This collection includes all our favorites — pumpkin, apple, fun and spooky Halloween treats, and even a few Thanksgiving classics. We’ve got cookies, bars, candies, pies, rolls, and more. If you’re looking for something delicious to bake up this fall, you’ll definitely find it here!
One of my favorite things to do lately on Sunday nights is hop on Instagram. I rarely spend much time scrolling or watching stories — that’s just never been my thing. What I love to do instead is go straight to my DMs and look through all of your messages. Most of the Saturday and Sunday notes are tags from you guys sharing what you’re baking on your own stories! It’s so clear that fall baking season is on.
This past weekend was one of the busiest baking weekends yet, and I loved seeing it all — pumpkin cakes, warm cookies, apple French toast — everything looked so cozy and delicious!
It’s always so fun to see the recipes you all love making at home. I thought today would be the perfect time, just ahead of the weekend, to round up some of our top baking recipes. There’s so much goodness below — pumpkin sweets, apple-filled desserts, plenty of pecans, cozy drinks, and so much cinnamon spice (and everything nice!).
Over the last 13+ years, I’ve shared so many fall baking recipes that I’ve adored — these are some of the best. I truly thrive this time of year!
I’m so excited to bring these recipes back to life today. Please let me know a couple of things in the comments — first, which fall recipes you bake on repeat, and second, what new recipes you’d love to see me share over the next few weeks.
I can’t believe how close Halloween is — with Thanksgiving right behind! I’m already planning ahead for you guys, and we have so much in store this holiday season!

Pumpkin Spice Mini Cake
Topped with the dreamiest maple brown butter cream cheese frosting. So fun for Halloween and Thanksgiving!
Cinnamon Spiced Sugar Cookies with Browned Butter Frosting
Super cute pumpkin shaped sugar cookies…soft, sweet, loaded with cinnamon flavor, so delicious and so easy! Because it’s basically October…and time for all things pumpkin!
Sweet milk chocolate, sandwiched between spiced brown sugar cookies, and finished with a light dusting of cinnamon sugar. Perfect for both a spooky Halloween night or an elegant Thanksgiving dinner…or just when you need a deliciously sweet chocolate filled cookie!
These one bowl homemade oatmeal cookie bars with chocolate chips and Reese’s Pieces are the perfect way to use up any leftover Halloween candy. They’re super easy, festive for both Halloween and Thanksgiving, and most importantly, everyone LOVES them!
Slightly crisp on the edges, but soft and gooey in the middle. Perfect for Halloween night or Thanksgiving dinner…or simply when in need of a deliciously sweet pumpkin chocolate chip cookie.
Start out by making a batch of my favorite one bowl brownies. Cut the brownies into nine squares, dip through chocolate, add a jumbo candy eye, and then decorate with some lines of frosting. Simple as that.
All we’re really doing here is taking some large pretzel twists and pretzel rods, covering them in melted dark and white chocolate, and decorating to make them “spooky”. It really doesn’t get much easier than these here pretzels. And the best part is how much fun they are to make…for everyone from kids to adults!
