Itโs trueโthe fall season and the months leading up to Christmas are my absolute favorite time of year. But honestly, I love all the seasons and everything they have to offer. So much so, I donโt think I could ever live somewhere without seasonal changes. Thereโs something so inspiring about the shift each season brings.
Now that spring is here, and with Easter Sunday just over a week away, Iโm excited to share all of my best-ever Easter recipes from years past. Unlike winter holiday recipes, my Easter dishes tend to lean more toward the lighter, brighter sideโthink colorful brunches, fresh spring salads, simple (yet elegant) dinners, and of course, sweet Easter-inspired desserts ranging from chocolate favorites to lemony delights!
Springy recipes can be so funโand so delicious. When Iโm planning my menu for the spring holidays, I always think back to the dishes my Nonnie would serve.
She was such a pro at entertaining, always hosting with ease, grace, and the most thoughtful little touches. I loved helping her prep for parties. She always made things feel special, from seasonal flowers to personalized place settings. One of her best secrets? Sheโd set the table the night before every dinner. That way, she had time to make it beautifulโwithout stress.
And of course, she knew how to put together a delicious menu that was simple and effortless to prepare.
Taking a cue from her, Iโm sharing recipes below that are easy to make and totally delicious. Many of these can be prepped ahead or left to slow cook while guests arrive. The key to a great gathering is a relaxed hostโso be kind to yourself! Delegate where you can, choose a menu thatโs not too complicated, and let these recipes help make entertaining joyful and stress-free.
Enjoy and happy Easter!!

Hi Tieghan,
Iโve been scouring the internet for the white dish in which you baked those delicious cinnamon rolls, but I have failed. Will you please tell me where I can find it? Itโs perfect for the baking the rolls. Thank you so much
Hi Dena,
Thanks so much! Unfortunately, I no longer have a link for that baking dish, but it was from Anthropologie. I bet they have some other cute ones!
Please let me know if you have any other questions! xx
Thank you! Iโm on the hunt โฆ
Wow, what a resource. Thank you.
Thanks, Vikki:) Happy to share!!
Thank you so much! I am feeding multiple family members coming into town next week and your recipes are the perfect answer. I will definitely be making the Garlic Creamed Spinach and Salmon and one of the Chicken/Orzo dishes (just have to decide which), and still have to pick out a dessert, and sides. Just know that all your hard work is so appreciated. Happy Easter!!
Thanks so much for your kind message, Connie:) I hope your family enjoys all of the recipes that you choose to make! Happy Easter!
Can you share your brisket recipe please??
Hi Elizabeth,
That recipe is located in the HBH Quick and Cozy Cookbook. Please let me know if you have any other questions! Happy Friday!
I know this is a roundup of dishes you already have, but Easter is traditionally ham or lamb for people. It would be nice to see some recipes with those proteins. To each their own, but curry salmon is not the type of meal my family is looking for during Easter brunch. I know not everyone will agree, but that is the sort recipe Iโd be looking for in an Easter resource.
Thanks for sharing your feedback, Deb! Happy Friday!
