Happy January 1st and welcome to 2018! Iโ€™m stopping in for a quick post today to share some moreย healthy eating inspiration. Tomorrow Iโ€™ll have plenty of brand new healthy recipes coming your way, but first, I wanted to give you all some sample meals to inspire your eats for the coming week. Below Iโ€™ve jotted down what I plan to make for my family and I (and whomever else is still lingering around) this week for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even some snacks too. I also gave a few tips on how you can start prepping these recipes TODAY to make your first week of 2018 so much easier. I prefer to take care of as much of the food prep when I have the time. Itโ€™s a huge time saver and helps to keep me organized, thus making meals throughout the week so much simpler.

    I like this recipe list and am looking forward to healthy January! I hope you had a wonderful first day of the new year and are still enjoying your time with everyone. One of my favorite things about guests is being able to cook a bunch of recipes Iโ€™ve been wanting to try and not having to worry about leftovers ?. I like the meal prep guide and think Iโ€™ll have to prep some food this week, to leave for my mom before I head back to college. Do you have any good breakfast pastries I could prep then freeze? Maybe your nutrigrain bars? Or the ricotta banana bread? Or even your cashew cream bars? Either way, Iโ€™m excited for the healthy January recipes and hope youโ€™re staying warm! ๐Ÿ™‚

  4. Great Meal Plan. I always feel challenged putting together meal plans. And tips are always helpful.
    One thing I always get stuck on is snacks. Sue, a piece a fruit or yogurt is fine, but just not very inspired.
