Today, I’m sharing 31 Recipes To Cook in May. This collection pulls 31 of my favorite recipes I’ve shared in the month of May over the previous 12 years. I have a lot of May favorites! Within this collection, you will find a wonderful mix, from spring dinners to sweet desserts, plus a great mix of yummy breakfast recipes too! There’s a recipe to make each day this month!

In an effort to bring back to life all the older but still delicious recipes I’ve shared over the years, I’ve been trying to share a collection of recipes with you all each week. I’ve been talking with our team about doing something like this for a while now, and they’ve finally convinced me!
I have to admit, I’m enjoying it. It’s been fun going back through older recipes and seeing how my style has changed, but also realizing that we really do have such an amazing collection of recipes on this website! I truly can’t believe the amount of yummy dishes we’ve shared over the years!
I may continue sharing this post monthly if you guys all enjoy it. The idea is to pull my favorite recipes from the previous Mays. This way, you all have something to make each day of the month.
If you like this post style, I’ll share previous June recipes next month, which will be fun for summer!! So let me know what you think!
Here are 31 recipes to cook this May!

Crispy BBQ Salmon Tacos with Avocado Mango Salsa

PLEASE keep this up!! I am loving your recipe roundups. You are my favorite creator but I have too many of your recipes I still need to make. These lists are so helpful. Especially the ones you make for certain holidays: mother’s day, cinco de mayo, etc. I would also love to see a memorial day roundup this month and a fourth of july roundup later this summer! ❤️
Aww, thank you so so much, Lauren:) So glad you enjoyed this post and I appreciate you making so many recipes! Love the round up idea for Memorial Day and the 4th! xx
I really like this posting style. It’s fun and inspiring seeing so many amazing recipes!
Thanks so much, Rebecca! Glad you enjoyed this post:) xx
I love this idea! You have an amazing collection of recipes, sometimes I’ll try to go back through them on my own time but it gets a little overwhelming. This is such a fun way to introduce some of your newer followers like myself to your older recipes
Thanks so much, Anna! It is really nice to go back through the older recipes and share them again:) Have a great day! xx
Amazing recipes, however, there is a picture of a flan sort of pie but the link and the name of it is “Giant Frosted Strawberry pop tart”. The recipe does not match the picture. Can you post the proper link for the recipe. Thank you 🙂
Hey April,
So sorry for any confusion! The link is under the photo. Here you go:

The idea of the May recipes is great!
My only complain is the sheer amount of ads all over the post. They’re between every single recipe and it spaces out the photo and the recipe link, which is kind of annoying.
On top of that, you have another ad on top of the page AND on the bottom while scrolling at all times.
Really messes with the user experience honestly!
Thanks so much for sharing your feedback, Hannah! So sorry for the ads and frustration on that end. xx
Tieghan, I love this assortment! Seasonal recipes we can shop for in advance. Would love to see this every month if not too much trouble! Very grateful to you, as always.
Hey Cabell,
Thanks so much for reading today and your comment! Glad to hear you enjoyed the roundup:) Definitely going to try and do them each month! Happy Tuesday! xT
Love the recipe roundup! I also forget all the amazing recipes you have on the site so it brings up ones that I may have missed before. I would love it if you did this monthly!
Thanks so much, Jen! It is a great reminder of some old recipes, so glad you enjoyed! Have a Tuesday! xT
I love the concept of revisiting recipes each month! I try to cook with what’s in season, and this will help. Please continue 🙂
Thanks so much for your feedback, Amy! So glad you enjoyed this post and the idea! xT
I love any kind of recipe collection because I often forget the older ones too. Your recipes are my “go to’s” every Sunday as I meal plan for the week and every time we have guests. I have been looking forward to your posts every morning for years now as part of my morning coffee routine :). Thanks so much for posting so often and somehow continuing to come up with new recipes every day!
Hey Christy,

I love the monthly recipe idea. I have already decided on some of the May ones to make this month. I love your recipes and recommend you friends all the time. Thank you
Hey Cindy,
So glad to hear that you are enjoying this post and the idea of a monthly round up! Thanks for your feedback! xT
Love the idea of a recipe collection for each month!
Thanks so much, Brenda!!
Tieghan, I love your recipes! I have made so many and sadly have never commented. I am a pescatarian, so sometimes I just cut out the “meat” or sub in fish or tofu instead. I prefer getting a smaller amount of recipes, as I can take my time and determine which ones to save. Thank you for making meal time so special in our home.
Maida Koller
Hey Maida,
Thanks so much for your kind message and trying so many recipes! I love to hear that you are able to adjust them to your liking using fish and tofu. Have a great Tuesday! xT
I love that you shared these. Thank you SO much. If you could do this for each month, that would be so fun.
I hope you have a great day!
Thanks so much, Sue! Glad to hear you enjoyed this post! I think I am definitely going try to plan to do this each month:) Have a great day! xT
